" Exploring the World One Bite at a Time."
I’m all about two things: whipping up tasty dishes and jet-setting across the globe.
My affinity for cooking dates back to my early years, where I began experimenting with diverse food combinations. These days, I’m all about Asian flavors, but I’m also getting a kick out of American, Latino, and European recipes. My culinary pursuits are also augmented by my interest with a bit of DIY decor, flower arranging, fiber paintings, and fancy fruit platters arrangements.
With regards to travel, I have this urge to explore the 7 largest continents in the world. These 7 continents are Asia (48), Africa (54), North America (23), South America (12), Antarctica (1), Europe (47), and Australia (14). These are the main places that I believe I wanna step foot on first in the shortest period of time before I can claim that I have journeyed across the world. So far, I have been in 5 of these continents - which include 21 countries, 143 cities, and 1000 and 1 notable places and counting. Australia and Africa are up next! After these two remaining places, I intend to "hop on hop off" on every famous natural and man-made sight on the planet next.
Oh, and those numbers in brackets? That’s how many countries are in each continent—195 in total. I’ve wandered through Asia (including China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam); Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City); North America (Bahamas, Canada, United States); South America (Brazil, Mexico, Panama); and the polar region of Alaska, which bears resemblance to the Arctic and Antarctic.
In the United States, there are 50 states to be explored, of which I have visited 24: California, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, South Dakota, Florida, Ohio, Cleveland, Hawaii, Alaska, North Carolina, Arizona, New Orleans, Mississippi, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.
